Latent heat storage material "Enebank"

High-performance multipurpose thermal energy storage capsule utilizing the large heat capacity characteristics of latent heat.

"Enebank" is a product filled with high-performance thermal storage material in a compact capsule. Compared to water or granite, which utilize sensible heat, it can store significantly larger amounts of heat, and during phase changes from solid to liquid or vice versa, it is possible to utilize the large cooling or heating generated at that time. By leveraging this excellent thermal storage property, it can be used in various fields such as industrial applications, machinery, and logistics. Our company has developed Enebank products with latent heat storage materials at various phase change temperature levels and in various capsule shapes to suit diverse applications. [Features] - Excellent thermal storage properties - Usable in various fields - 17 years of durability track record *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Tohoku University Technology: Biomass-derived latent heat storage material: T19-339

The thermal chemical properties can be controlled by the types and mixing ratios of fatty acids and alcohols used as raw materials.

Microcapsules containing phase change materials (PCM) are utilized as latent heat storage materials in building interior and exterior walls, as well as in clothing. On the other hand, there is a demand for inexpensive and environmentally friendly PCMs to replace petroleum-derived paraffins and expensive fatty acid esters used as PCMs. The present invention provides a method for producing a useful fatty acid ester mixture as PCM by reacting fatty acids and fats contained in palm oil and the like with alcohol in the presence of an ion exchange resin catalyst. 【Effects】 - The thermochemical properties can be controlled depending on the type and mixing ratio of the raw materials. - Inexpensive production of materials derived from renewable resources is expected.

Paraffin-based phase change material (PCM) for clothing and bedding

Absorbs excessive body heat, significantly improving the comfort of the clothing environment! Provides a pleasant environment. *Technical materials are available for free distribution!

"Paraffin-based phase change materials (PCM)" utilize the significant thermal storage capacity of paraffin, and their use as thermal storage materials is expanding. They have been produced to improve efficiency and usability. PCM textiles absorb excess body heat and release it back to the body as needed. This affects the microclimate of the skin, resulting in a dramatic reduction in sweat, balancing body temperature within the clothing, and significantly enhancing comfort. By facilitating the exchange of air between the microenvironment inside the clothing and the atmosphere, PCM helps maintain a pleasant environment. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes the significant thermal storage capacity of paraffin ■ Usable over a wide temperature range of approximately -10°C to 90°C ■ PCM with 25-30% higher latent heat capacity is also available ■ Samples of microcapsules with desired specifications can be provided *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
